We want to make sure you receive the products you expect.  If you feel that your order is not correct
simply call us within 30 days to exchange or return any stock product and we will happily arrange your
exchange or return. 

Dated products, including tax forms, must be exchanged or returned unopened by December 1.  To
receive your Return Authorization Code and arrange shipment please call 800.266.4669.

Custom and imprint products may not be returned except in the event of a Nelco error.  To guarantee
your products are correct, you will receive the final proof for approval before production.
